With 28 years in the fresh produce industry and 16 years with RWP, Deane, originally from NZ, first started labouring at the Christchurch markets at age 15. As Operations Manager, Deane runs the nighshift at RWP and is responsible for ensuring customer orders are filled in full and despatched on time.
